Rachel Hoffman is a strategist, researcher, and design-thinker with an impeccable eye for detail and design, a tenacious appetite for research and data, and an uncanny ability to isolate insights, pinpoint themes and cultural trends before they emerge.
From Bethlehem, PA to Queens, NY, she is a St. John’s University alumni and former Division I BIG EAST soccer and tennis player. Out of college, she became a strategist and communications designer at a global media agency in New York, working on new business pitches and leading campaigns for eminent brands like Converse, Lionsgate, Revlon, and Victoria’s Secret. She was also a Gold Cannes Young Lion award-winner.
Now based in Australia, she is focusing on elevating social enterprises and entrepreneurs, and leading research and analysis for journalists and producers. She’s also in the process of co-founding a storytelling and innovation studio, badcharley, and is interested in collaborating on creating solutions at the convergence of arts and culture, women’s sports, technology, shared societies, and self-determined futures.
